How do I access my storage unit?
You'll receive a security code for 7am-7pm access daily. Commercial clients can arrange 24/7 access. View Site Map.

Do I need insurance?
We don't provide or require insurance for stored items. Check with your home/business insurance provider.

How clean are the units?
Every unit is swept and cleaned after each tenant leaves. We maintain high cleanliness standards.

What size unit do I need?
Our Storage Estimator can help you choose the right size based on what you’re storing. Or give us a call – we’re happy to help you figure it out.

What items can’t I store?
For safety and legal reasons, you cannot store:
- Flammable or hazardous materials
- Perishable food or live animals
- Firearms, ammunition, or explosives
- Illegal items or substances

What's the minimum rental period?
One month minimum, paid in advance. No lock-in contracts.

What payment methods do you accept?
EFT, credit card, or cash (though EFT/card preferred).

Can I store vehicles?
Yes! We offer vehicle storage for cars, boats, caravans, and trailers.

Can I access my unit outside regular hours?
Access is available from 7am–7pm daily. If you're a commercial client or need after-hours access, just get in touch – we can usually accommodate it.

Can I change to a bigger or smaller unit later?
Yes. As long as we have availability, you can upgrade or downsize your unit at any time.
